The Project: Inspiring PLAY
Inspiring PLAY is a fun, six week program that explores healthy lifestyle choices for children with disabilities and their families. The goal is to run four sessions with 25 families (50 children) each in urban and rural communities throughout Saskatchewan. Children will have the opportunity to practice physical movement using customized equipment, and improve their skills while being active in an inclusive environment.

The Project: various projects
Through the Saskatchewan Community Literacy Fund, the Government of Saskatchewan, Ministry of Education, provides one-time project funding to a variety of literacy projects in the province. Family literacy projects address the early years, from birth to entering the formal school system and allow for the transfer of language and cultural knowledge.
The Ministry of Education’s 2016-17 Saskatchewan Community Literacy Fund call for proposals is now closed. The Saskatchewan Literacy Network provides leadership and support to organizations that apply for and receive funding.
