Learning Mini-Grants Support Literacy in Saskatchewan

Learning Mini-Grants are on hold. Usually we open applications at the beginning of October, to grant for activities happening after January of the next year. You can also contact us for information or to support these mini-grants across our province.

Want to contribute? All funds raised for Learning Mini-Grants go directly to fund community events, so it’s a great way to support local literacy activities!

The Learning Mini-Grants fund or enhance a one-time learning event that will empower families, providing them with tools to improve their reading skills. Some examples are

  • family learning fun day
  • launch event or wrap-up event for a family literacy program
  • family educational opportunity

Usually, each Learning Mini-Grant is up to $500 each. The number of grants we can give depends on how much funding is available. You must be a Saskatchewan Literacy Network member to apply.

Please contact us if you have any questions.
